Day 10(Project)

Day 10(Project)

Leslie: For day 10, I was working on my project. My partner (Alex S.) and I are creating an book named, " Cells What Lays Within" . In the book, it shows all the information that is in the blog. The book includes of all the research and images that relates to the topic. I had finished finding all my research. Now, I just need to find pictures to put ito the book. That is where I am of completing my project.

Day 9 Research

Day 9 Research

Leslie: Cells is the basic unit of life. Cells are in every single organism. Robert Hooke discovered of that cells are the basic unit of life. Jan Evangelista Purkyne discovered the cell theory in the year of 1835. The first ever cell theory was developed by Matthias Jakob Shleidon and Theodor Schwann concludes that cells are made out of other cells(cell division). In 1855, Rudolf Virchow also concludes that cells emerge from cell division.

Day 8 Reseach

Day 8 Research

Leslie: For day 8 research I was being able to collect data on the topic of how cells work in the nervous system. The main type of type of cells in the nervous system are the nuerons. The astocycles anchors nuerons for the energy to regulaye around the nerve. Also, the micogelia helps protect the central nervous system. That is how cells work in the nervous system.

Day 7 Research

Day 7 Research

Leslie: For the " Day 7 Research" , I was being able to research about the topic of , " Cell Examples" . There are many types of cells. The main types of cells in the human body is for muscle, skin, nervous, and tissue cells. For example, a way how cells help the nervous system is for it to help nuerons to send messages to the brain. Also, the muscle cells helps the body for flexibility. Those are some examples of cells.

Day 6 Research

Cells' Functions

Leslie: The way how cells is being able to survive is by the cell organelles. The main functions of organelles is that they do transportation, reproduction, and energy conversion. The most important organelle is the nucleus. The nucleus is known as the " boss" of the entire cell. Another way how cells survive is by cell division.

Day 5 Research

Cells

Leslie: Cells are a basic unit of life. Cells are within all living organism. In all cells, there are nucleus, cell mambrane, cytoplasm, mitochondria, etc. There are 2 main types of cells: plant and animal cells. A reason why plant cell is different from animal cells is that plant cell is being able to survive by the process of photosynthesis. The reason why there is so many cells is that cell division makes more cells all the time.

Day 4 Research

Our Assesment!

Leslie: Our assesment will be all about the information in this blog. The assesment would be about 5-10 questions. In case for anybody wants to take the assesment, study all the information in our research. If you have any questions or are unsure of something, please comment on th blog. Hope you take the assesment.
